Description
A voiced movement story of the journey of Chanie Wenjack from his home in Okogi to the Residential School and his attempt to return home, alone and in winter. Ensemble of Indigenous Performance Studies and Cultural Studies with facilitation by Daystar/Rosalie Jones, Hilary Wear and Joeann Argue.
Donations will be gratefully accepted at the door to support the ongoing presentation of student events in Nozhem.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to be at the theatre one half hour in advance to ensure your seats. There is often a large waiting list to get in and we will release seats to those waiting if they have not been claimed.
